Refund policies may vary by Products. Your purchase is subject to a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, and you may return your Product to Secure a Pet RX™ for a refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase. The 30-day guarantee applies only to Products that are clearly designated as subject to the guarantee, and only to orders made through the Secure a Pet RX™ web store at secureapetrx.com.
To request a refund, contact Secure a Pet RX™ Support within 30 days of the date of your purchase of the Product. Secure a Pet RX™ Support will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for your return. After receiving your RMA, package your Product and send it to the location indicated by Support, following the instructions provided.
Shipping and handling charges and taxes are not refundable. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Secure a Pet RX™. Secure a Pet RX™ must receive the Product within 14 days of the return authorization date to process the refund.
